We expect to use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. Larger items may be sent via courier.
Collection from store is available for any order.
Please note that handling time is typically upto 2 days, and may be greater during peak periods.

Returns

To return your product, you should await instructions – please do not return without further instruction, as we will not be able to help with return delivery costs. You have 14 days to contact us initially.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These are non-refundable. If you receive a refund from non-fault goods, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, but we do have reliable services at simple prices.

UK tracked returns cost a mere £3 through us.
